November 21, 2015; Three Years Old is Rough – Kitsap Documentary Family Photographer

Being three years old is hard.  It’s hard for the three year old and it’s hard for mom too.  November’s installment of Here and Now was just one of those days.  My day started early with a chilly little family shoot and then spent the rest of the day walking on eggshells around my son who was ready and willing to loose his temper at anything.  We had some good moments, but we also argued about putting clothes.  He finally stomped his feet and gave me some serious stink eye before relenting and heading up to his room.  Then, a frustrating grocery store run turned into a multi hour nap.  Three year olds, am I right?
